The Paella Contest at the Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico de Paterna has become an annual highlight for businesses in the region. This event, which took place in April 2024, aims to foster mutual camaraderie and a healthy, friendly rivalry between companies.<\/p>\n
With 160 companies participating, this year’s competition was fiercer than ever. Companies showcased their culinary talents in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, providing the perfect opportunity to strengthen team spirit. In total, no less than 2500 people took part in the event, including our own colleagues from Valencia, who also enthusiastically demonstrated their cooking skills.<\/p>\n
The highlight of the day was the creation of 146 delicious paellas, which were judged by a professional jury on taste, presentation and authenticity.
