For the IJce Center Island block 11 project, Snijders Ingenieursgroep engineered the prefab concrete facade elements for Vlassak Beton. Vlassak beton supplies these clean façade elements to Vink Bouw, which is executing this apartment building. The elements for the ground floor consist of concrete elements in color with a profiled surface. These elements are carried out on the floors with stone strips, this in a variant with long stone lengths of approx. 300 mm.
