This is a city renewal project whereby the residential area of the 30's was demolished a few years ago to make room for a new built residential area. 6 building blocks (apartments and houses) with parking cellars were developed. Some of the landings have glass building blocks placed in. All the in sight concrete is implemented in black and white in stead of the usually used grey concrete.
De opdracht
Engineering the various precast elements of the building blocks 3, 4 and 6. This precast consists mainly of balconies and gallery plates.
