Downtown Rotterdam will be located between the Cooltoren and the Baantoren. It is designed on a solid concrete plinth, which will be produced by Hibex, and there will be a stepped tower on top with a spectacular seven-meter cantilever hidden at the "back".
The tower is designed with large windows all around and plenty of outdoor space. Terraces with greenery make living in the city extra attractive, and is unique to the city. They give the opportunity to enjoy your privacy, yet be fully connected to the city below. It is a new form of luxury that city dwellers value.
