Maestro will be built on the green border that separates The Hague from the Westland, near the dune area and beach of Kijkduin and will consist of four buildings. These buildings will be connected by a communal courtyard on the roof of a parking garage. For Maestro, the sandwich and single-shell façade elements will be supplied by Hibex.
The 70-metre-high residential tower will be an impressive architectural landmark in The Hague. The tower will be a special combination of contemporary high-rise buildings and the classic, wide-ranging low-rise buildings at the bottom. The low-rise building provides a number of residential units, aimed at intensive care with associated facilities, and a parking garage.
