This inner city project is a unique building system built out of concrete. Unique because due to the limited building space a fully precast skeleton was applied including precast fronts in stonework and precast concrete floors in which all the piping was included in the factory. The front of the buildings is positioned against the pavement which meant that there was no building space. Even the site office was housed in a temporary empty house across the street. The street was so narrow that the night trucks with the floors had to drive in backwards and just from one side.
