Blok Y is a part of the new residential area Veemarkt in Utrecht East. The building is located in a special area within the development of the Veemarkt. It is at bicycle distance from downtown Utrecht as well as from the green rural area nearby the A27 highway. With an East-West orientation you have on one hand a beautiful view of the new Veemarkt and on the other the allotments.
Within the building different types of lofts can be realised. Each type has a vide and varies between 64 and 134 m2 living space. Each loft will be customised for the future resident.
