Office and apartment building in 9 and 11 sections
The Bridge consists of two towers, about 40 and 60 metres high, connected at ground level. It is a mix of living and working. The tallest tower will accommodate 162 two- and three-bedroom flats, partly for social rent. The other tower, over 9,600 m2, will only be office.
The aim is to certify the building as WELL Gold; making use of various sustainability aspects. Like the role of the roof surfaces: used to make a positive contribution to sustainability within the area. Examples include rain collection, roof gardens that increase biodiversity and generating energy with solar panels.
