The Caai in Eindhoven

Where once stood the most modern dairy factory in the Netherlands, the most modern city neighborhood in Eindhoven is being built. The old Campina site is being transformed into De Caai: a living lab with rental and owner-occupied apartments. Here, innovation and design are driving new developments in the field of food and well-being. De Caai brings together innovative entrepreneurs and residents. On De Caai there will be 5 residential buildings with various apartments but also townhouses and care homes.
