Eurostaete Eindhoven

Eurostaete will be built right next to the Philips Stadium at the beginning of the Strijp district. The building consists of a low-rise tower and a high-rise tower. The high-rise will be a tower of 100 meters high and consists of 30 residential floors. In addition to space for living, 479 rental homes, there will also be space for shops and offices on the ground floor. On top of the low-rise tower, there will be a communal roof garden with a greenhouse for urban agriculture. In this way, Eurostaete will become a pleasant living environment for both current and new residents of the complex and the district.
Within the Eurostaete project, sustainable mobility has been chosen. This means that there will be a special basement with bicycle parking under the residential towers, and no parking garage for cars. If you still need a car, you can use one of the shared cars. Also, no parking permits will be issued to avoid increasing parking in the district.
