Omschrijving
Attractive canals, beautiful facades, cosy streets and green courtyards. A micropolitan living area is emerging with modern canal houses, design apartments, shops and food service establishments. Holland Park will become a lively district with approximately 5.000 residents. Less than 10 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam and located besides the Bergwijkpark in Diemen Zuid, enjoyable living, accessibility and unique architecture are combined to make an attractive residential area.

Holland Park will become a sustainable residential area on a human scale. The design is an overall concept with various choices and options. Holland Park is being built after the examples of Java Island and Sluseholmen in Copenhagen. In Holland Park sustainable parts will be placed which meet the latest requirements in the field of energy use and environmental impact.
