Omschrijving
The Hooghe Delft will be a freestanding tower approximately 41 meters high, making it the tallest building in Nieuw Delft. Its robust forms and large windows that let in plenty of natural light make it an impressive structure. The tower will accommodate a variety of functions. The top eight floors will consist of privately owned apartments. Below them will be very spacious office areas. On the first floors, the film house Lumen will be located, along with associated hospitality facilities. This mix makes the building a vibrant meeting place for the neighborhood.

The Hooghe Delft meets all sustainability requirements; the building is optimally insulated, and a thermal energy storage system (WKO) provides heating and cooling. The building is climate-resilient, designed to retain rainwater for longer and release it gradually into the sewage system. Solar panels will also be installed, and the entire building will be gas-free. The Hooghe Delft goes a step further by being nature-inclusive. A green roof will be added, and resting and nesting places will be created for birds, butterflies, and bees.
